Here are some natural tips to give them the much needed pampering:

Apple cider vinegar
Mix 1/4 cup organic apple cider vinegar with 5 drops of Tea Tree or Manuka oil and 5 drops Lavender oil and put all that into warm water. Soak your feet for 10 minutes. Dry thoroughly, especially between the toes and apply some essential oil.
Vitamin A
Sugar scrub
Massage each foot for several seconds with sugar scrub with small circular motions, then rinse with warm water. Apply a generous amount of body butter or a good foot cream and slip on a pair of cotton socks before going to bed so you’ll awake with incredibly smooth, soft feet.
Epsom salts
Fill a basin with 1/3 of marbles and 2/3 warm water, leaving room for your feet. Add 1/4 cup of Epsom salts and 3 drops of your favourite essential oil. Gently move your feet along the marbles for a soothing massage. Soak your feet for 10 minutes.

      Pamper your feet with a soak. Fill a basin with warm water. Add 2 tablespoons of olive oil, it will make the skin on your feet and ankles extremely soft. You could also lace your water with a few drops of an essential oil of your choice.


      Make sure to give your feet a good cleaning. Although the rest of your body might be bright and shiny, your feet can often get overlooked during your shower. You could also use a natural castile soap for a super clean effect.

    • Exfoliate

      If you haven’t already, remove any nail polish still on your nails. Next, scrub away unneeded skin by massaging the rough areas on your feet with a pumice stone. You could also try a foot scrub or a loofah sponge for some seriously special foot care.
